Hi, very helpfull thanks a lot. I would like to ask you about restrict access to this virtual directory. This directory contains images that only the application should be allowed to access, and deny access the user that enters the url, please any help is really appreciated. I was thinking on implementing my own valve class.

Do you know how to define external directories in JBoss 5.1.
Because you configuration doesn't work on JBoss 5.1
